  • Front of House / Barista / Host – up to £10.50 per hour
  • Trainee Assistant Manager – up to £22,500 per annum
  • Trainee Chef – up to £22,500 per annum
  • Commis Chef – up to £24,000 per annum
  • Chef de Partie – up to £26,000 per annum
  • Sous Chef – up to £28,000 per annum

We offer a 4-day working week with guaranteed Monday and Tuesday off plus an additional day in the week; Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and every Bank Holiday Monday throughout the year you’ll be off too! We’re really trying to change how the industry works and offering work-life harmony to our employees is most important to us.

This also means our businesses will close for a January recoup reward on 2nd, 3rd and 4th January, not to mention the dreamiest December rota you’ll find in hospitality! You will be off every Monday and Tuesday (except the 27th) throughout the festive period giving you time to do your Christmas shopping, and catch up with family and friends. From Christmas Eve till 4th January, you’ll be required to work JUST 6 days out of 12!
