We’re truly proud of the food we serve, with our focus having always been on delivering quality and authenticity, and it’s important to us that our customers know that.
Following the simple flavours of Italian cuisine, our menus remain true to our Tuscan heritage and are well-presented, yet not fussy.
In a world of chain brands and centralised kitchens, we remain defiantly independent with everything made fresh in our kitchen and each of our award-winning restaurants headed by its own team of skilled chefs and management, all connected by a love for great food, wine, and service.
Using Florentine recipes passed down through our family’s generations of artisan Italian food makers, our real passion lies in the ingredients we use and dedication to delivering only the finest produce to you through our beautifully simple dishes.
Many of our ingredients are imported straight from our motherland to ensure an authentic taste throughout our menus (including our eggs, plum tomatoes, flour, fior di latte mozzarella and much more), in addition to using premium trusted suppliers for our daily-delivered fresh fish and meats, and the local market stall for the freshest, well-sourced seasonal products.
Preparation is key and our kitchens are fired up early with our chefs making everything from fresh dough to lasagne, just like Nonna Cleofe made! From our stone-baked pizzas to our handmade pasta-parcels and everything in between, enjoy real Italian food prepared with love, complemented by our carefully handpicked Italian wine list, industrially rustic but cosy interiors, and a warm service from our team.
